Your business' authorised representative or nominated merchant representative has the ability to request changes to bank account details.
Two documents will need to submitted:
- A completed Openpay Bank Account Change Request form (attached)
This will need to be submitted and signed by the authorised representative or merchant representative - A Proof of Bank Account document:
A copy of the first page of an official bank statement from your financial institution confirming the Account Name, BSB Number, and Account Number of the bank account you are changing to. If your first statement is yet to generate, an Account Confirmation Letter will suffice.
If your business has both documents prepared, please contact our Merchant Operations support team (onboarding@openpay.com.au) who will review and verify the details prior to actioning the request.
